Free CB and limited weather remain available where supported. These US-dollar prices are proposals before applicable tax; paid CB tiers, add-ons and editions are not available to buy yet. Operator kits require an agreement.
Most weather apps are a location grab. This one is not.
The weather business runs on selling where you are. We built the opposite: your fine readings stay on your device, and only coarse canonical numbers ever leave it.

Managed-site example. Job Site is proposed at $29/month plus $2 per distinct active handset per month: 30 active handsets would total $89/month. Site Pro at $99/month plus $2 each would total $299/month for 100. A device counts once per billing period, even after reconnecting, up to the tier cap. This counting rule is not live yet. For reference, Zello Work at roughly $8/user/month is $240 for 30; this does not establish equivalent service or offline coverage.
